The BOLDERBoulder SportsEXHIBIT and RaceDayEXPO are the perfect opportunities for your brand to reach more than 60,000 enthusiastic runners and spectators. This is your chance to join forces with the 4th largest road race in the US, and Runner’s World Magazine’s pick as America’s All-Time Best 10K.

SportsEXHIBIT: Saturday May 23, and Sunday May 24, 2020
The BOLDERBoulder SportsEXHIBIT is held in conjunction with race weekend packet pick-up and registration and is the ONLY place participants can pick up a packet or register over the weekend. This event is held in the heart of downtown Boulder on the Pearl Street Mall where over 50,000 people go on Memorial Day Weekend. Exhibit hours from 10am-6pm both Saturday and Sunday.

RaceDayEXPO: Monday May 25, 2020
The BOLDERBoulder RaceDayEXPO is held on Memorial Day (race day) and offers a great opportunity to interact with active families and individuals of all ages directly across the street from the stadium finish on the University of Colorado campus. An estimated 60,000 people attend the EXPO each year including race participants and other spectators who are enjoying the events of race day.

First-Come, First-Served 
Spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We do tend to sell out, especially for SportsEXHIBIT so please send your application and payment as soon as possible.

Exclusive Sponsorship Categories
Certain categories that conflict with race sponsors will not be allowed at the event. BOLDERBoulder reserves the right to cancel booth space at any time up to 30 days before the event if there is a sponsor conflict. Booth sharing is not permitted and vendors do not receive category exclusivity.

SportsEXHIBIT (May 23rd & 24th): Information
  • SET-UP: Saturday, May 23 6am-9:30am
  • TENTS ARE REQUIRED: Your tent MUST have weights, no stakes. If you do not have a tent for your space, you can rent one from the BOLDERBoulder.
  • CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE: Proof of insurance is required. Insurance requirements are included here. All COIs are due by no later than Friday, April 17th.
  • POWER AT SPORTSEXHIBIT: Each booth space will have access to a standard 110 outlet.
  • SECURITY ON SATURDAY NIGHT IS PROVIDED: There will be security guards located on each block on Saturday night.
  • EVENT HOURS: Saturday, May 23rd 10am-6pm and Sunday, May 24th 10am-6pm
  • TEAR DOWN: Sunday, May 26th 6pm-9pm. Those vendors participating in the RaceDayEXPO will have until 11pm to move their items to the RaceDayEXPO site.
  • ADVANCE SHIPMENTS – All advance shipments to the BOLDERBoulder warehouse will be delivered to your booth space. Shipments need to arrive in our warehouse no later than May 15th. You will be responsible for moving any remaining product after the event. We will not be able to ship unused product or items back to you.
  • FOOD/BEVERAGE SAMPLING: All food and beverage vendors selling or sampling product must complete an Event Food Vending Application online with the City of Boulder Health Department. The application can be found here. If you have any questions, please contact Shawna Johnson at the City of Boulder Health Department: 303-441-1183.
  • SALES TAX LICENSE: You must apply for a sales tax license if you do not currently have an active City of Boulder Sales and Use Tax (Business) license. This applies to ALL vendors, even if you do not plan to sell at Expo. Vendors without this license must file this online here. If your business already holds an active City of Boulder Sales and Use Tax (Business) License, no additional license or fee is required.
  • CITY OF BOULDER ZERO WASTE EVENT: Vendors must comply with the City’s Zero Waste initiative. This means anything you are handing out/distributing, must be recyclable or compostable. If not, you are responsible for collecting and removing any trash during/after the event.
RaceDayEXPO (May 25th): Information
  • SET-UP: Sunday, May 24th 11:00am-11:00pm
  • SECURITY NOTICE: Due to increased security and traffic barriers, you will not be able to set up Monday morning. All items must be on site by 11:00 PM Sunday evening.
  • CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE: Proof of insurance is required. Insurance requirements are included here. All COIs are due by no later than Friday, April 17th.
  • TENTS ARE REQUIRED: Your tent MUST have weights, no stakes. If you do not have a tent for your space, you can rent one from the BOLDERBoulder.
  • NO POWER AT RaceDayEXPO: There is no power available at RaceDayEXPO. If you need power, you can rent one from the BOLDERBoulder for $125. Please let us know if you need to rent a generator by 5/1.
  • SECURITY ON SUNDAY NIGHT IS PROVIDED: Security will be provided overnight from 6pm Sunday until 5:30am Monday morning. EXPO staff will arrive by 5am.
  • SECURITY BADGES/CREDENTIALS: You will not be able to enter the Expo area without Expo credentials between 5:30a – 7a. After 7a, the event is open to the public. You will receive six badges when you arrive to set up your space at RaceDayEXPO on Sunday.
  • CU CLEAR BAG POLICY: CU will strictly enforce the stadium clear bag policy when entering the event. For more information, please visit here.
  • PARKING: You will receive two parking passes during set up on Sunday. You will not need the parking pass for set up on Sunday but you will need it on Monday.
  • EVENT HOURS: Monday, May 25th 7:00am – 12:30 p.m. NOTE:  You will not be able to access the EXPO area until after 5:30 AM on Monday morning.
  • TEAR DOWN: Monday, May 25th 12:30 p.m.-4:00pm
